Privacy and Processing of Personal Data Policy

ArgosAI attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and confidentiality of the information of the users (Users”) its services. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to inform the Users about how ArgosAI process the information obtained, the responsibilities of the Users, and the rules and procedures of ArgosAI for the protection of personal data and confidential information.

When you use the ArgosAI website and services, certain personal data and information is collected for processing, such as your account information, contact details, etc.

Information is collected from Users by ArgosAI when they want to place an order, convey their requests, business inquiries, and complaints to ArgosAI or for other reasons. In this case, certain information of Users such as name-surname, e-mails, telephone numbers, occupation, and company informations are collected. We name those information “User information”.

User Information is retained for the time required by our purpose to collect information within the limits of laws and regulations. If a special period is stipulated in the legislation for us to store your information, this period is respected. ArgosAI takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the systems and databases where your information is stored against data security threats (cyberattack, hash, etc.). ArgosAI reserves the right to change, suspend or stop all provided products and services, information, images, and other items without prior notice.

ArgosAI reserves the right to make changes and updates to this Policy. It is the User’s responsibility to follow the current version of the Policy.

7. Responsibility

ArgosAI is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may occur as a result of any errors, interruptions, delays, viruses, line and/or system failures that may occur during the providing of our services electronically.

8. The Rights of Users

8.1.

Your personal information belongs to you. You can ask us to provide details about what we’ve collected as personal data, and if your personal data is collected or transferred to any third party. If your personal data is processed by ArgosAI, you can ask us to delete it or correct any inaccuracies. You can also ask us to erase, restrict or limit processing, sharing, or transfer of your personal information. If your data is transferred to any third party you can request information about the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, and also you can request the notification of your inquiry or request to that third party. You can always object to a result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems and request a real person’s discretion about your demand.

According to the laws and regulations the data owner whose personal data is processed unlawfully has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss of himself.

However, requesting the deletion of your personal information may also result in a loss of access to Services we provide. We won’t delete data that we’re required by law to retain.

8.2.

ArgosAI will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

You can lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes applicable law.

In your request containing your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner; you clarify the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, it must also contain contact information to be used in your request and documents confirming your identity must be attached to your request.
